Background:
As part of the course “Brand and Product Management,” we were required to come up with a solution to a perceived problem, ratify the existence of the problem through research (interviews with potential target audience) and build upon the solution.
The objective of the course was to take us through the concept of product management, starting from identifying a need, coming up with the solution and analyzing different aspects of the product such as pricing, business model, marketing strategy and prototyping
Problem Statement:
What solution can reduce the time taken to choose outfits on an everyday basis and suggest options for repurposing clothes at an economic level?
Empathy Map and Customer Persona:
Based on our conversations with people and potential target groups, we came up with the following empathy maps using which we built our consumer personas.
